ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Teresa

I’m an East Texas local who loves sharing simple, helpful ideas for real life — from weekend getaways close to home, to stress-free family travel, to stories that matter.

Simply Teresa started as a place to share what I was already doing:
exploring East Texas, helping friends and family plan trips, and turning everyday moments into meaningful stories.

Over time, it grew into three things that fit together naturally:

  • East Texas guides & local inspiration
  • Travel planning for real families
  • A children’s book inspired by real life (Coming Soon)

I’m not an influencer, and I’m not here to push trends. I believe in practical advice, honest recommendations, and making life (and travel) feel a little easier.

Why I Do This

I know how overwhelming planning can feel — whether it’s:

I created Simply Teresa to be a place where you can:

  • Get ideas without overwhelm
  • Ask for help without pressure
  • Trust the recommendations you’re reading

A Little More About Me

  • East Texas based
  • Family-focused
  • Travel agent specializing in cruises & family trips
  • Big believer in keeping things simple and doable
