Creamy Potato Salad Recipe

Are you struggling to find a potato salad recipe that you like and that has no mayo? Well you just might love my Southern Style Creamy Potato Salad Recipe.

This recipe has been made for years in my family as far back as I can remember. It’s the only way my mom has ever made it.

It’s because she never has liked mayonnaise in her potato salad and I am the same way. Can’t stand it actually.

I not sure where she got this recipe or if she just made it up on her own but to me, it’s the best.

Serve up your Southern style creamy potato salad with whatever you choose.

We love making this whenever we cook something on the grill, like a brisket, ribs, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken or whatever.

It’s a family favorite and we make a lot of it in the summer months, especially on summer holidays, like 4th of July.

  1. Interesting recipe…I’m going to try this soon. You do serve this cold correct? It sounds like it should be hot!!

    1. It depends on the person. I don’t like anything cold, so I eat mine hot or heat it up. I have family that will eat it hot or cold. So it’s just a personal preference. Let me know what you think of it after you try it 🙂
