Me and my husband finally had the chance to stop by Kizer’s Grill in Tyler Texas recently for lunch. I had seen this restaurant many times, it’s not that far from where we live.

I am so glad that we stopped in because I was really impressed for a small town, hidden gem.

When I say small town, this place is actually in a very small community called Gresham. Just a small section of the Tyler area.

I was really suprised of the variety of foods this small place had. Everytime that happens, it’s hard for me to choose, ha! Here is a quick list of some of the items that they serve.

And for your starters – Tator Tots, Cheese Fries, Onions Rings, just to name a few.

We happend to stop by on a Saturday and saw that they had and “All You Can Eat Catfish” going on and that is what we decided to order.

The atmosphere was very nice and pleasant. We were seated quickly by a very sweet “and smiling” waitress. Customer service was great.

There were tables and booths and it was pretty clean from what we could see. Also, the watiress never missed a beat coming around to check on us and make to sure we had everything we needed through out the whole time we were there.

When we got our food, I was very impressed by the way it looked and how big the catfish were. The hushpuppies were delicious also because I love the ones that contain jalapenos.

There was plenty of everything on the place and we were very happy and full when we left.

My thoughts

I was very happy with this location and will definitely eat there again. This place was clean, customer service was great and we felt very welcomed. Food was delicious, I highly recommend Kizer’s Grill.
